As inspection systems scale across multiple stations, <strong>lighting control<\/strong> becomes increasingly complex, particularly where different stages require different <strong>optical configurations<\/strong> and tight synchronisation with imaging systems.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, growing system size often introduces increased <strong>wiring demands<\/strong> and more complex <strong>setup<\/strong> and <strong>configuration<\/strong> processes, making commissioning and future modification more <strong>time-consuming<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>To address these challenges, this application uses the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tpl-vision.com\/de\/uberblick\/zubehor\/geregelte-stromquelle-de\/tpl-control-1\/\"><strong>TPL-CONTROL-1<\/strong><\/a>, an external Ethernet and RS232-controllable controller designed to <strong>centralise control<\/strong> and enable <strong>scalable management<\/strong> of multiple machine vision lights within a <strong>single system<\/strong> architecture.
