With <strong>high powerful LED<\/strong> and <strong>specific lenses<\/strong>, it creates a very <strong>intense illumination<\/strong>, that helps cameras to clearly see <strong>workpieces shapes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"three_fifth\">The CMBACK+ is also manufactured with <strong>filters<\/strong>, which <strong>eliminate the non-perpendicular light<\/strong> (&gt;30\u00b0 compared to the vertical axis of the lighting surface). This collimation helps to get <strong>highly contrasted images<\/strong>. This is why this product is recommended for the <strong>edge detection of round or thick workpieces<\/strong>, and also for the <strong>detection of markings or material defects<\/strong> on<strong> transparent workpieces<\/strong> (made of glass or plastic).<\/div>\n<div class=\"two_fifth last\">The CMBACK + is equipped with a <strong>strobe<\/strong> entry and a <strong>potentiometer<\/strong>, which enables to vary the lighting power. The <strong>OVERDRIVE version<\/strong> can also offer a far higher lighting power. Either in <strong>continuous<\/strong> or in <strong>strobe mode<\/strong>, it has <strong>short rising and falling times<\/strong>: 25 \u03bcs and 15 \u03bcs. Thanks to its <strong>thin edges<\/strong>, the semi-collimated CMBACK+ <strong>uniformly illuminates<\/strong> the whole surface analysed. Moreover, the <strong>connector<\/strong> can be placed <strong>on any side of the light,<\/strong> making it easy to set it up on any kind of conveyor belts. In the base of the connector, <strong>2 LED<\/strong> show if the product is powered and if the strobe mode is on.
