The EBAR+ External Control (EC) combines the proven performance of the Essential EBAR+ bar light with the flexibility of external illumination control. Compatible with the TPL-CONTROL-1 and other machine vision controllers, it enables fast and precise adjustment of lighting parameters to meet changing inspection requirements, ensuring consistent image quality and reliable performance across a wide range of industrial vision applications.
Designed for applications including quality inspection, code reading, robotic guidance and process verification, the EBAR+ EC helps minimise the effects of varying surface conditions, ambient light and product variation. Precise illumination control enables vision systems to capture clear, repeatable images, improving inspection accuracy and supporting more reliable automated decision-making.
Available in multiple lengths and wavelengths, the EBAR+ EC can be tailored to both compact inspection stations and large-scale production environments. Supporting continuous and synchronised operation, it provides the flexibility required for diverse machine vision tasks while ensuring straightforward integration into new and existing automation systems.
The TPL-Control-1 is a compact and highly flexible LED lighting controller designed for machine vision and image acquisition systems. The scalable master/slave architecture supports up to 16 independent lighting channels, consisting of one master controller and up to 15 slave units, all managed through a single interface. With precise current and voltage regulation, ultra-fast switching performance, and output currents of up to 20 A in pulsed mode, the controller is ideal for high-brightness and high-speed inspection applications.
