  M-TBAR Angle Changers

  Using TPL Vision’s Angle Changers is the easiest way of changing the beam angle of your bar lights, allowing greater flexibility & the ability to customise your illumination output using different machine vision lighting techniques. You can adjust the angle of illumination and the amount of diffusion by clipping the Angle Changers onto the M-TBAR using a magnetic attachment for testing, and screws for the final application. Gleichzeitig wird die IP67-Zertifizierung davon nicht beeinflusst.

They are designed to securely clip on top of the EBARs. The Angle Changers can sustain 100g acceleration and they keep the IP protection. No need to dismantle the product!

  M-HPRING Angle Changers

  Angle Changers for ring lights provide the simplest method of adjusting the beam angle, offering increased flexibility and customisation in illumination for machine vision applications. You can adjust the angle of illumination and the amount of diffusion by clipping the Angle Changers onto the M-HPRING using the magnetic attachment and secure them in place for final placement using the provided screws. Extending product usability, 8 different Angle Changer options provide customisation options to suit any application requiring intense illumination.

  BAR diffusers

  Der transparente Diffusor (DT) verändert in keiner Weise die LED-Leistung. Sein alleiniger Zweck ist es, die Beleuchtung für optimale Funktion zu schützen.

  Der opake Diffusor (DO) verwandelt die LED-Leistung in ein diffuses und homogenes Licht.

  Der mattierte Diffusor (DS) ermöglicht eine Nahbeleuchtung und reduziert gleichzeitig Hotspots an den Stellen, die Sie hervorheben möchten.

  Standardmäßig wird der EBAR+ mit transparenten Diffusoren geliefert, der BLBAR+ mit einem undurchsichtigen Diffusor. Sie können auch weitere Diffusoren separat bestellen.

  BAR polariser

  Wenn Licht auf ein Teil trifft, das aus einem glatten oder glänzenden Material gefertigt ist (z. B. Kunststoff) bzw. unregelmäßige Formen besitzt, breiten sich die Lichtstrahlen in mehrere Richtungen gleichzeitig aus, was für das Auge oder die Kamera einen Glanzeffekt erzeugt (weiße Punkte, Störungen…). Ein zwischen Diffusor und den LEDs montierter Polarisator kann diese durch die Beleuchtung hervorgerufenen Reflexionen auf dem zu prüfenden Werkstück unterdrücken. Ein Polarisator kann insbesondere bei der Qualitätskontrolle von Teilen hilfreich sein, die in transparenten Kunststoffbeuteln verpackt sind. Polarisatoren sind nur für die sichtbaren Farben verfügbar und verringern stark die Beleuchtungsstärke (in der Größenordnung von 50 %). In acht nehmen. Und da sie nur über eine begrenzte Lebensdauer verfügen, müssen sie regelmäßig auf ihre Polarisationseigenschaften überprüft werden.
