  Our solution pairs high-intensity M-HPRING EC illumination with external controller TPL-CONTROL-1 to deliver a powerful and adaptable lighting solution for machine vision and automated inspection systems. Designed for demanding industrial environments, it enables precise adjustment of light output to support stable image acquisition across changing parts, surfaces and production conditions.

  Built on a high-output circular lighting platform, the system supports multiple diffuser configurations that allow users to adapt illumination characteristics to different inspection challenges. Transparent configurations support maximum light transmission for general imaging and variable working distances, while diffusion-based options help reduce reflections on shiny or highly polished components. When paired with external illumination control, the system provides the flexibility to fine-tune lighting without hardware changes.

  The M-HPRING EC is well suited to high-speed inspection, robotic guidance, code verification and automated quality control processes where consistent lighting is essential.   The M-TRING External Control (EC) merges compact ring illumination with smart output management from the TPL-CONTROL-1 to deliver a flexible lighting solution for machine vision and industrial imaging systems. Designed for applications where installation space is limited but lighting performance remains critical, it enables precise adjustment of illumination levels to support consistent and repeatable image capture across changing inspection conditions. The M-TRING can also be paired with other similar external machine vision controllers.

  Built around a configurable ring illumination platform, the system supports multiple wavelength options and diffuser configurations, allowing it to adapt to a wide range of surface types, materials and reflectivity levels. When paired with advanced control electronics, users can fine-tune lighting behaviour without physically modifying the setup, helping to stabilise imaging results and reduce variation between production runs.

  This makes the M-TRING EC well suited to automated inspection environments such as robotic guidance, component positioning, verification tasks and compact vision systems.   The FLOOD Light by TPL Vision is a high power flat illumination, which can illuminate large areas from a distance. It is specifically dedicated to the logistics market, and in particular to the control of palletizing process. The FLOOD Light has very thin edges and offers homogeneous light from the entire working surface, including from the edges. Thanks to the hole in the center of the Flood Light, you can insert your camera. And using the TPL Vision mounting accessories (in option), you can easily integrate it thanks to the mounting plate. Equipped with a satin diffuser and ±17° lenses, it is available in two sizes (200x300mm and 300x600mm) and in several wavelengths (white, blue, red and infrared).

Seine Power-LED ist selbst dann einsetzbar, wenn nur wenig Platz vorhanden ist – egal ob mit direktem intensivem oder diffusem Licht. Und nicht einmal höchste Fertigungsgeschwindigkeiten bringen sie aus ihrem Rhythmus. Alles im TSPOT 1 zielt auf einfachen und effizienten Einsatz ab.
