  The ELINE External Control (EC) integrates the flexibility of the ELINE line scan lighting system with advanced electronic control from the TPL-CONTROL-1 to deliver a highly stable and synchronised illumination solution for demanding machine vision applications. Designed for continuous inspection environments, it enables precise regulation of light output and timing to support consistent image acquisition across long production lines and high-speed processes.

  Engineered for applications such as web inspection, fabric analysis, geometric measurement and surface quality control, the system provides scalable illumination in lengths of up to 1 meter.   Die HPBACK-Flächenleuchte ist eine leistungsstarke Hintergrundbeleuchtung für die Anwendung im Bereich Machine Vision.

  Dieses Produkt ist die Weiterentwicklung der bewährten Flächenleuchte MBACK+ Standard von TPL VISION und bietet folgende signifikante Produktverbesserungen:

  Lichtleistung bis zu 45 kLux*, neuer Anschluss, der die Integration einfacher und kostengünstiger macht, kürzere Startzeiten und Nachleuchtzeiten von 15 μs bzw. 10 μs, sowie vom Benutzer definierte kundenspezifische Größen erhältlich mit je 1-cm-Maßerweiterung in Länge und Breite (von 200 x 200 mm bis zu 500 x 500 mm oder 1000 x 200 mm).

  Das robuste Aluminiumgehäuse des Produkts kann in Größen von 200 x 200 mm bis zu 900 x 900 mm oder 1900 x 400 mm hergestellt werden. Diese Lösung der Hintergrundbeleuchtung eignet sich bestens für Hochgeschwindigkeitsanwendungen von Flächenleuchten, die einer hohen Lichtintensität erfordern.   Das Medium MBACK+ Overdrive ist ein kräftiges und besonders diffuses Backlight (Hintergrundbeleuchtung), das für zahlreiche Anwendungen in der industriellen Bildverarbeitung eingesetzt werden kann. Dank seiner Power-LEDs erzeugt es eine intensive Beleuchtung, die der Kamera ermöglicht, die Umrisse von Objekten wie bei einem chinesischen Schattenspiel leicht zu erkennen Die Lichtstärke kann natürlich auch verringert werden. Es kann im Dauerbetrieb oder Puls-Modus betrieben werden, mit äußerst kurzen Anstiegszeiten: 25 μs und 15 μs. Das MBACK+ mit seinen sehr dünnen Rändern verbreitet ein sehr gleichförmiges Licht, selbst von den Rändern. Das heißt, störende Hot Spots der LEDs sucht man vergeblich !

  Collimated Medium CMBACK+

  The semi-collimated CMBACK+ is a powerful and very diffuse backlight, dedicated to many machine vision applications. With high powerful LED and specific lenses, it creates a very intense illumination, that helps cameras to clearly see workpieces shapes.

  The CMBACK+ is also manufactured with filters, which eliminate the non-perpendicular light (>30° compared to the vertical axis of the lighting surface). This collimation helps to get highly contrasted images. This is why this product is recommended for the edge detection of round or thick workpieces, and also for the detection of markings or material defects on transparent workpieces (made of glass or plastic).

  The CMBACK + is equipped with a strobe entry and a potentiometer, which enables to vary the lighting power. The OVERDRIVE version can also offer a far higher lighting power. Either in continuous or in strobe mode, it has short rising and falling times: 25 μs and 15 μs. Thanks to its thin edges, the semi-collimated CMBACK+ uniformly illuminates the whole surface analysed. Moreover, the connector can be placed on any side of the light, making it easy to set it up on any kind of conveyor belts. In the base of the connector, 2 LED show if the product is powered and if the strobe mode is on. The CMBACK+ is available in various wavelengths and also in various dimensions.

  Der SMALL SBACK II mit seinen schmalen Rändern ist ein schlankes Backlight, das trotzdem nicht auf Leistungsstärke und Homogenität verzichten muss – perfekt für enge Stellen oder Bereiche mit wenig Platzangebot. Wenn er unter die zu beleuchtenden Objekte positioniert wird, hebt er ihre Umrisse wie bei einem chinesischen Schattenspiel hervor, wodurch eventuelle Kontur- oder Materialmängel, etc. entdeckt werden können.

  Mit neuen LEDs ausgestattet bietet er nun bei den Farben Weiß WHI und Rot 630 eine um vier bis fünf Mal höhere Leistung als sein Vorgänger.

  Seine Homogenität wurde ebenfalls auf der gesamten Oberfläche verbessert, insbesondere an den Rändern des Backlight, um das Auftreten von Hot Spots zu vermeiden. Der neue SMALL SBACK II kann sowohl im Dauerbetrieb als auch im Puls-Modus betrieben werden. Angeschlossen wird er, dem Industriestandard entsprechend, über einen M12-Stecker.

  Das semi-kollimierte Flächenbeleuchtung von TPL Vision, das CSBACK, ist die perfekte Wahl zur Inspektion oder Messung von transparenten Kunststoffen und abgerundeten Teilen. Kollimiertes Licht zeichnet sich durch parallele Lichtstrahlen aus, die sich während der Ausbreitung minimal verbreiten. Dies hilft dabei, hochkontrastige Bilder zu erzeugen, die für präzise Kantenerkennung und Fehleranalyse erforderlich sind.

  Wichtige Anwendungsbereiche umfassen die Inspektion von Objekten mit abgerundeten Kanten und transparenten Teilen, die aufgrund des geringen Kontrasts mit herkömmlichen Flächenbeleuchtungen möglicherweise schwierig zu inspizieren sind. Durch kollimiertes Licht können Benutzer diesen Effekt eliminieren, indem sie einen engeren Beleuchtungswinkel bereitstellen, der verhindert, dass das Licht um die abgerundeten Teile herum verläuft. Dadurch erscheinen Bilder von transparenten Teilen nicht mehr „ausgewaschen“. Die Kanten sind klarer definiert und Details werden mit verbessertem Kontrast sichtbar, was zu hochwertigen Bildern und erhöhter Genauigkeit führt.

  Many machine vision systems use multiple light sources. LED panels equipped with white diffusers can interfere with the camera and reduce the efficiency of other illumination sources by scattering light in unintended directions, creating unwanted reflections, and diminishing contrast, which can compromise the quality of the inspection.

  The Black & Light (Bn’L) by TPL Vision offers an innovative solution compatible with most vision applications.When the light is on, it works as a traditional homogeneous backlight, highlighting the shape of objects and creating a uniform silhouette. When it’s off, it becomes a matte black background. This is extremely useful when other illuminations are used, as the black background absorbs scattered light and ensures that panels equipped with white diffusers do not interfere with how light is perceived by the camera.

  The MR-RING is a bi-colour LED illumination, available in 2 sets of colours and 2 dimensions. It has been designed with tough production environments in mind: IP65 as standard, overdrive embedded, simple remote control capability (selection of colours and quadrants). Direct light can be used when:

  • objects do not reflect light (matt surface),
  • objects require maximum illumination brightness (e.g. fast moving items),
  • objects where shadows are not going to be present or cause problems.

  The MR-RING should be mounted so that the light shines directly onto the object of interest. Maximum illumination intensity will be achieved when the item is closest to the light. The camera can be mounted looking through the ring or to the side dependent on desired effect. The MR-RING can also be used for applications where a machine enclosure is being used to provide reflected diffused light. The MR-DOME version may also be appropriate.
