The TPL-CONTROL-1 is a compact and highly flexible LED lighting controller designed for machine vision and image acquisition systems. It enables precise synchronisation between cameras and LED illumination for reliable, high-contrast image capture in both continuous and flash operation. With precise current and voltage regulation, ultra-fast switching performance, and output currents of up to 20 A in pulsed mode, the controller is ideal for high-brightness and high-speed inspection applications.
The scalable master/slave architecture supports up to 16 independent lighting channels, consisting of one master controller and up to 15 slave units, all managed through a single interface. The master can also operate independently, as it incorporates all the functionality of the slave units. Integrated Ethernet and serial communication, together with a built-in web interface, enable fast setup, intuitive configuration, and reliable system integration while high-efficiency regulation helps reduce heat generation and improve long-term performance.
