  MR-Dome

  The MR-DOME is compound of a bi-colour LED lighting ring (2 sets of colours and 2 dimensions) and a dome reflector. It has been designed with tough production environments in mind: IP65 as standard, overdrive embedded, simple remote control capability (selection of colours and quadrants).

  Reflected dome light can be used when:

  • objects are highly reflective (shiny),

  • the target area is subject to shadowing with direct or low angle light sources,

  • the target area has some very uneven surfaces.

  The MR-DOME should be mounted close to the object of interest to maximise the effect of the illumination style.

  To minimise the «black dot» visible within the image, the diameter of the hole at the top of the dome should also be minimised. This can be done using the supplied plastic caps. The MR-DOME provides a highly-diffused light source which has no component of direct lighting. The light intensity is lower than with other illumination techniques but will have a high degree of homogeneity.

  Der mit Power-LEDs bestückte neue SMALL SDOME II hat bei den weißen und roten LEDs (WHI & 630) eine 4–5 Mal höhere Lichtleistung als sein Vorgänger. So ausgestattet erzeugt er eine diffuse und homogene indirekte Beleuchtung, die es ihm ermöglicht, Reflexionen perfekt zu unterdrücken, und somit eine fehlerlose Qualitätsprüfung auf gewölbten und glänzenden Oberflächen durchzuführen.

  Der SMALL SDOME II wird außerdem zum Lesen von Strichcodes oder 2D-Codes empfohlen. Sein raffiniertes Clips-System ermöglicht eine perfekte Anpassung des Öffnungsdurchmessers, der sich an der Spitze des Domes der Kameraobjektive befindet.

  Er ist in zwei Größen verfügbar (80 mm und 130 mm) und erfüllt die Industriestandards, natürlich auch beim Anschluss (M12-Steckverbindungen).

  Der LARGE LDOME ist der größte Dome der TPL Vision Produktpalette. Er kann im Dauerbetrieb oder Puls-Modus betrieben werden und erzeugt ein besonders diffuses, indirektes Licht. Wenn Sie gewölbte oder glänzende Oberflächen beleuchten müssen, kommen Sie am LDOME nicht vorbei.

  Er entfaltet sein ganzes Potenzial im Bereich der Robotik (z. B. Positionierhilfe) und der Qualitätskontrolle (z. B. Oberflächenfehler, Lesen verschiedener Arten von Markierungen, Materialmängel).

  The MR-LOW ANGLE is compound of a bi-colour LED lighting ring (2 sets of colours and 2 dimensions) and a low angle reflector, with an angle of incidence of 45°.

  It has been designed with tough production environments in mind: IP65 as standard, overdrive embedded, simple remote control capability (selection of colours and quadrants).

  It is used for applications where a direct light source is considered too harsh or bright but the diffused light provided by the Dome version is not enough intensity. The light source will provide some degree of homogeneity.

  Low Angle II

  Der LOW ANGLE II liefert eine Art Streiflicht, das bei Bildverarbeitungs-Profis sehr beliebt ist. In dieser neuen Version ist er mit Power-LEDs bestückt und somit 4 bis 5 Mal stärker als sein Vorgänger (weiße und rote LEDs). Wenn er in der Nähe der Oberfläche positioniert wird, beleuchtet er mit einem flachen Einfallswinkel, wodurch Reliefs auf glatten Oberflächen sichtbar werden.

  Der LOW ANGLE II erweist sich als sehr nützlich bei der Prüfung von Gravuren sowie dem Aufspüren von Kanten, Löchern und Rissen.

  Er wird in zwei Größen angeboten (80 mm und 130 mm), und kann insbesondere dank seines neuen M12-Steckers einfach und schnell in einer Fertigungslinie montiert werden. Der LOW ANGLE II ist selbst den höchsten Industriestandards gewachsen, egal ob im Dauer- oder Blitzbetrieb.
