Adding this component to the Modular Ringlight ensures a diffuse lighting output, ideal for the imaging of shiny or uneven surfaces. The Dome accessory can easily be attached to the ring light to achieve a very homogeneous lighting technique, creating a diffuse reflected illumination.
Due to the Modular Ringlight’s high-intensity strobe function, this accessory is perfect for those challenging high-speed applications requiring a short exposure time of <100µs.
No more dark spots! The MR-Dome comes with hole aperture adaptors as standard – simply fix these in place on top of the Dome accessory to reduce the dark spot caused by the camera placement. This is a much more cost-effective solution over using a coaxial illumination. The hole aperture adaptors are easy to use, and come in various sizes to match different lenses.
