Ring lights are composed of a circular array of LEDs. TPL Vision’s ring lights provide intense illumination suited to shadow-free bright field applications looking to illuminate objects uniformly. The camera can be mounted looking through the ring or to the side depending on the application, producing direct, diffuse or dark field lighting effects suited to various working distances.

The MR-RING should be mounted so that the light shines directly onto the object of interest. Maximum illumination intensity will be achieved when the item is closest to the light. The camera can be mounted looking through the ring or to the side dependent on desired effect. The MR-RING can also be used for applications where a machine enclosure is being used to provide reflected diffused light. The MR-DOME version may also be appropriate.
The HPRING is a solid ring, equipped with 12 high powerful LEDs, very useful for the directive lighting of a circular area. Among TPL Vision’s products range, it definitely appears to be one of the most powerful lightings. At a distance of 1m, the standard version of the HPRING can light up a circular area of 550mm.
Its large internal diameter make it compatible with the largest camera’s objectives. The HPRING reveals all its potential in the field of robotics (for example, to locate the products during the packaging process) and also in the field of quality control.

It is especially helpful for the direct lighting of circular areas, either in continuous mode or in strobe mode. Its large internal diameter makes it the ideal partner for professional cameras, including those equipped with large lenses. The HPRING UV is specialized in the detection of UV optical brighteners: thanks to the HPRING UV, you can easily control the assembly defects, highlight the materials lacks and also read the UV markings.
Equipped with 9 high powerful LEDs, the TRING is a miniature ring specially designed for the diffuse lighting of circular areas. It has a current control power supply that regulates the current intensity and consequently guarantees the lighting stability.
Thanks to its M12 connector, it can be easily connected to any kind of production lines. Either in continuous or in strobe mode, the TRING perfectly goes along with a camera dedicated to quality control tasks: code reading, presence/absence checking, surface control…
