We’ve combined the modular M-TBAR EC bar light with the TPL-CONTROL-1 to deliver flexible lighting for machine vision applications where space is limited and image consistency is critical. Designed for seamless integration into automated inspection systems, the M-TBAR EC provides precise and repeatable illumination for demanding production environments.
The M-TBAR EC is particularly effective in code reading, label inspection, component verification, traceability, placement inspection and quality control processes. Users can achieve reliable imaging results even in challenging conditions involving reflective surfaces, varying part positions or limited installation space.
Designed for use in robotics, electronics manufacturing, logistics and automated assembly systems, the M-TBAR EC provides a compact and scalable illumination solution that supports consistent inspection performance while simplifying integration into modern machine vision systems.

The TPL-Control-1 is a compact and highly flexible LED lighting controller designed for machine vision and image acquisition systems. The scalable master/slave architecture supports up to 16 independent lighting channels, consisting of one master controller and up to 15 slave units, all managed through a single interface. With precise current and voltage regulation, ultra-fast switching performance, and output currents of up to 20 A in pulsed mode, the controller is ideal for high-brightness and high-speed inspection applications.

Angle Changers are robust micro-optic diffusers that can be used to widen the beam angle of the M-TBAR’s standard ±5° lens angle, providing flexibility across the field of view. Angle Changer options include:
