Built on a high-output circular lighting platform, the system supports multiple diffuser configurations that allow users to adapt illumination characteristics to different inspection challenges. Transparent configurations support maximum light transmission for general imaging and variable working distances, while diffusion-based options help reduce reflections on shiny or highly polished components. When paired with external illumination control, the system provides the flexibility to fine-tune lighting without hardware changes.
The M-HPRING EC is well suited to high-speed inspection, robotic guidance, code verification and automated quality control processes where consistent lighting is essential. By combining this strong optical output with the controllable operation modes of the TPL-CONTROL-1, it helps maintain stable image quality even in applications with varying surface reflectivity or dynamic production environments.
The TPL-Control-1 is a compact and highly flexible LED lighting controller designed for machine vision and image acquisition systems. The scalable master/slave architecture supports up to 16 independent lighting channels, consisting of one master controller and up to 15 slave units, all managed through a single interface. With precise current and voltage regulation, ultra-fast switching performance, and output currents of up to 20 A in pulsed mode, the controller is ideal for high-brightness and high-speed inspection applications.
Compatible with the transparent diffuser version, Angle Changers enhance the adaptability of ring lights to suit different applications. By clipping the Angle Changers to the ring light, users can easily adjust the angle of illumination and amount of diffusion.
