The ELINE External Control (EC) integrates the flexibility of the ELINE line scan lighting system with advanced electronic control from the TPL-CONTROL-1 to deliver a highly stable and synchronised illumination solution for demanding machine vision applications. Designed for continuous inspection environments, it enables precise regulation of light output and timing to support consistent image acquisition across long production lines and high-speed processes.
Engineered for applications such as web inspection, fabric analysis, geometric measurement and surface quality control, the system provides scalable illumination in lengths of up to 1 meter. With intelligent control allows users to maintain uniform lighting conditions while adapting output to suit different materials, speeds and inspection requirements.
The ELINE EC can be tailored to support a wide range of working distances and inspection challenges. This adaptability makes it suitable for both edge detection and surface evaluation tasks where consistent illumination and precise synchronisation are essential for reliable results.
The TPL-Control-1 is a compact and highly flexible LED lighting controller designed for machine vision and image acquisition systems. The scalable master/slave architecture supports up to 16 independent lighting channels, consisting of one master controller and up to 15 slave units, all managed through a single interface. With precise current and voltage regulation, ultra-fast switching performance, and output currents of up to 20 A in pulsed mode, the controller is ideal for high-brightness and high-speed inspection applications.
