The M-HPRING is available in two versions (DO-opaque and DT-transparent). The HPRING is a solid ring, equipped with 12 high powerful LEDs, very useful for the directive lighting of a circular area. Among TPL Vision’s products range, it definitely appears to be one of the most powerful lightings. At a distance of 1m, the standard version of the HPRING can light up a circular area of 550mm.
Its large internal diameter make it compatible with the largest camera’s objectives. The HPRING reveals all its potential in the field of robotics (for example, to locate the products during the packaging process) and also in the field of quality control.
Composed of 12 high powerful 405 nm UV LEDs, the HPRING UV is obviously one of the most powerful lights among TPL Vision’s products ranges. It is especially helpful for the direct lighting of circular areas, either in continuous mode or in strobe mode. Its large internal diameter makes it the ideal partner for professional cameras, including those equipped with large lenses. The HPRING UV is specialized in the detection of UV optical brighteners: thanks to the HPRING UV, you can easily control the assembly defects, highlight the materials lacks and also read the UV markings.
Equipped with 9 high powerful LEDs, the TRING is a miniature ring specially designed for the diffuse lighting of circular areas. It has a current control power supply that regulates the current intensity and consequently guarantees the lighting stability.
Thanks to its M12 connector, it can be easily connected to any kind of production lines. Either in continuous or in strobe mode, the TRING perfectly goes along with a camera dedicated to quality control tasks: code reading, presence/absence checking, surface control…

Our In-Line Spotlight is unlike any other product within the TPL Vision lighting range and specifically designed for use with telecentric and macro lenses featuring an in-line illumination port and beamsplitter. Its compact, Ø8mm removable top section maintains the Z-Spot’s compact design, ensuring effortless integration into tight or confined spaces.
The FLOOD Light by TPL Vision is a high power flat illumination, which can illuminate large areas from a distance. It is specifically dedicated to the logistics market, and in particular to the control of palletizing process. The FLOOD Light has very thin edges and offers homogeneous light from the entire working surface, including from the edges. Thanks to the hole in the center of the Flood Light, you can insert your camera. And using the TPL Vision mounting accessories (in option), you can easily integrate it thanks to the mounting plate. Equipped with a satin diffuser and ±17° lenses, it is available in two sizes (200x300mm and 300x600mm) and in several wavelengths (white, blue, red and infrared).
The TSPOT 1 is a very powerful compact spot light. It belongs to TPL Vision’s ‘easy-to-use’ product family ; it is easy to configure through the use of an integral current controller. Its powerful direct light enables controls in confined spaces. It can be made in very high production volumes. Everything in the TSPOT 1 has been built and optimized for simple and efficient use.
