The HPS Bar Light* is the most powerful bar light ever developed by TPL Vision, setting a new benchmark for brightness and performance. Designed for ultra high-speed and precision imaging, it delivers exceptional illumination to meet the most demanding inspection challenges.
Generating up to 2,500,000 lux (WHI version) at a 200mm working distance, the HPS Bar Light delivers unrivalled brightness and consistency across the entire field of view. With an ultra-fast 800 ns rise time, it synchronises perfectly with camera exposure and conveyor speeds which is ideal for scan tunnels, high-speed sorting, and dimensional inspection.
Available in different colours: White (6500K), Red (630nm), IR (850nm), Green (525nm), Blue (470nm) in sizes from 125mm – 2500mm.

The Essential EBAR+ is a highly powerful LED light, very useful for machine vision applications requiring intense luminous flux. It can be set up downwards, in the same axis as the camera’s, or with an angle of incidence, to perfectly illuminate rectangular areas on a production line. The Essential EBAR+ is very easy to use: you don’t have to adjust anything, only to plug it. There are 2 functioning modes: continuous and strobe, with very short rising and falling times. Its black aluminum structure, very robust, is IP65. It also helps to dissipate the heat generated by the LED. Moreover, 2 LED indicators near the connector show if the product is powered. Available in different colours (included IR and UV), the Essential EBAR+ exist in multiple lengths, from 125 mm to 1250 mm (Standard/Link) and up to 2500 mm (OverDrive).
The Essential EBAR+ UV 405 is a highly powerful LED light, very useful for machine vision applications requiring intense luminous flux. It can be set up downwards, in the same axis as the camera’s, or with an angle of incidence, to perfectly illuminate rectangular areas on a production line.
The Essential EBAR+ UV 405 is very easy to use: you don’t have to adjust anything, only to plug it. There are 2 functioning modes: continuous and strobe, with very short rising and falling times (15 μs and 10 μs). Its black aluminum structure, very robust, is IP65. It also helps to dissipate the heat generated by the LED. Moreover, 2 LED indicators near the connector show if the product is powered.
UV INFO: in the light spectrum, UV (ultra violet) rays are electromagnetic radiations situated between 280 and 400 nm (visible radiations: between 400 and 800 nm). What makes UV very interesting is the fact that, even if it is invisible for the naked eye, it can be observed by fluorescence: when some bodies are submitted to UV wavelengths, they emit a visible light. This is the principle of black light and of counterfeit notes detection.
The EBAR+ External Control (EC) combines the proven performance of the Essential EBAR+ bar light with the flexibility of external illumination control. Compatible with the TPL-CONTROL-1 and other machine vision controllers, it enables fast and precise adjustment of lighting parameters to meet changing inspection requirements, ensuring consistent image quality and reliable performance across a wide range of industrial vision applications.
Designed for applications including quality inspection, code reading, robotic guidance and process verification, the EBAR+ EC helps minimise the effects of varying surface conditions, ambient light and product variation. Precise illumination control enables vision systems to capture clear, repeatable images, improving inspection accuracy and supporting more reliable automated decision-making.

The Backlight BLBAR+ is a very powerful lighting solution, equipped with an opaque diffuser that offers a perfect diffusion of light on the whole surface, all the way to the edges. No hot spots to be seen! It’s the best addition to your camera for all machine vision inspection applications. The Backlight BLBAR+ is usually used as a traditional backlight, to make the workpieces’ outlines appear with high contrast, but it can also be used as a direct diffuse light. Its rugged packaging enables efficient LED heat dissipation. The Backlight BLBAR+ is IP65 by default. 2 LED indicators near the connector show if the product is powered. As with any other TPL Vision bar lights, users also benefit from its solid aluminium structure and its easy fixing.

The XBAR RGB provides uniform and powerful lighting in a variety of colours. It is a versatile product that is especially useful when controlling a wide range of colours, shapes, and materials. The XBAR RGB is equipped with a solid body made of anodised aluminium and can work in continuous or strobe mode. It is recommended for robotics applications, particularly the palletization process, as well as packaging inspection (for the cosmetics and food industries), where the product’s colours and materials may change on a regular basis.

The Essential ELINE is a line scan light for machine vision applications, ideal for long working distance applications of fabric- and web inspection, geometric measurement, quality control applications. Available in a variety of sizes up to 2.5m to cover a range of line scan applications. The collimated light variation is the most adaptable version and can work at long working distances, from 25mm up to 1000mm, and generates a beam width of around 2cm. Diffuser attachments can be added for various lighting effects, making it perfect for machine vision applications such as surface inspection lighting or edge detection.
